Effective October 25, 2026.
How credits work
- One release credit covers one release, from submission through review, publication and distribution.
- Credits are added to your account when your order is paid. Subscription plans add their allowance each time a payment renews.
- Your credit balance is shown on your My Releases page and on the submission form.
When a credit comes back
- Returned for revision: if an editor returns your release, the credit goes back to your account so you can revise and resubmit.
- Declined: if we decline a release that met our standards on its face but cannot run for reasons outside your control, we restore the credit.
- Removed for a terms violation: credits used on releases removed for breaking the Terms of Service are not restored.
Refunds
- Unused credits: request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any credits you have not used.
- Used credits: once a release is published, its credit is not refundable.
- Subscriptions: cancel any time to stop future renewals. The current period is not refunded, and credits already added stay in your account.
To request a refund, write to info@ipak-edu.org with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
