Effective October 25, 2026. These terms govern your use of IPAKEDU News Wire at https://ipaknewswire.com (the “Wire”), operated by IPAK-EDU LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, submitting a release, subscribing to a digest, or buying release credits, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The Wire publishes press releases submitted by account holders (“Issuers”) after editorial review, and makes them available on the Wire, in its feeds and sitemaps, in email digests to subscribed journalists, and through partner syndication. Each release gets a distribution report listing what the Wire actually did with it. We do not guarantee that any journalist, outlet or search engine will pick up, rank or cover a release, and we do not sell estimated or “potential” reach.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Give accurate account and contact details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you submit on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Your releases
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, format, distribute, archive, syndicate and display your release, its images and its verification report, including after the release date. You confirm that each release is accurate, that you have the rights to everything in it (text, images, quotes, trademarks), that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or defame anyone, and that it complies with applicable law, including advertising, consumer-protection, health-claim and securities law.
4. Editorial review and verification
Every release is reviewed under our Editorial Standards. We may approve, edit for format, return for revision, schedule, decline, correct, label or remove any release at our discretion. Automated tools, including AI-assisted review, help our editors; final decisions are made by people. The Verified Release report describes our checks. It is not peer review, a full fact-check, legal advice, or an endorsement of the issuer or its claims.
5. Not a securities-disclosure service
The Wire is not designed or certified to satisfy securities-disclosure rules (such as SEC Regulation FD or exchange requirements). Do not use it for that purpose. We do not publish solicitations to buy securities or tokens, or promises of guaranteed or risk-free returns.
6. Embargoes
Issuers may schedule a release under embargo. Journalists we approve for embargoed access agree to honor embargo times and to keep personal preview links private. We may revoke access for any breach. We are not liable for third parties who break an embargo.
7. Release credits and payment
Submitting a release uses one release credit. One credit covers one release of any length with an image, with no membership fee and no word-count charges. Credits are sold as single releases, bundles and subscriptions at the prices shown at checkout. Refunds, restored credits and subscription cancellations follow the Credits & Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
8. Prohibited content and use
Do not use the Wire to impersonate others, spread spam or link schemes, distribute malware, harass anyone, publish hate speech, promote violence or illegal activity, or interfere with the service. We also do not publish releases promoting sexually explicit or adult services, online gambling, payday or title lending, get-rich-quick or work-from-home schemes, stock picks, trading signals or crypto promotion, academic ghost-writing, online weapons sales, tobacco or vape sales, or link selling and other black-hat SEO; or releases announcing lawsuits that have not been filed. The full list and format rules are in the Editorial Standards. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits used on violating releases.
9. Complaints, corrections and takedowns
Report errors, rights infringement or other complaints to info@ipak-edu.org with the release URL and the reason. For copyright claims, include the information required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We review complaints promptly and may correct, label or remove content.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify IPAK-EDU LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your releases or your breach of these terms.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Wire is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
